Sunny Isles has grown tremendously. Here you will find luxury apartments with ocean views and full building amenities. With all the amenities comes high monthly maintenance costs. That said, if you like being pampered there are deals to be had, compared to pre bust prices.

If you like to feel that you are in the center of things, Aventura has it all.  Close to all: the malls, the gyms, the beach. Very cosmopolitan community. Bal Harbor  a nice small sophisticated area on the beach. Great schools and shopping. Good solid investment value.

Hallandale is centrally located. A smaller community with many buildings that were built in the 50's that have now been renovated. As such, the prices are more modest than sister city of Sunny Isles. More affordable ocean front property.

Old Hollywood. A beach town. Close to the airport, the beach, and in between Boca and Bal Harbor.  With the great life that the broad walk offers- a place to walk at night and socialize. A more casual style living with some condos and a range of homes.

Boca Raton has been growing leaps and bounds. A beautifully manicured city with many golf course communities and services

Once synonymous with spring break, Fort lauderdale has mellowed in a good way. The beaches are vast and pristine. Close to the airport, with outdoor shopping and dining area on Las Olas.
